Click the " Quit" button in that small window.Click the button with an " X" in the top left corner of the Activity Monitor window. ![]() (The entire line with "Tunnelblick" will be highlighted.) Look for a process named "Tunnelblick" in the list of processes and click on it so it is selected.(Or launch it manually – it is in the "Utilities" subfolder of the "Applications" folder.) Launch "Activity Monitor" using Spotlight.If Tunnelblick hangs (which is what you have described), you can force it to quit using OS X's "Activity Monitor" program: Tunnelblick does not appear in the "Force Quit" list.
